Partner programme

Seville, a city with centuries of history, its streets, a witness in time, lead us and guide us to discover it. From the Jewish quarter to the Moorish quarter, from the river to the ancient walls, monuments, history, mysteries, legends and curiosities await us.

Monday 18th March: Visit to the Cathedral of Seville and the Church of El Salvador, tour of the streets of the city centre and tapas lunch.

Did you know that Seville Cathedral is the largest Gothic cathedral and the third largest church in the world?

Seville's two major temples have the same past as aljama mosques and other similarities that we will discover. Both monuments house paintings and carvings by renowned sculptors, as well as architectural intricacies and curiosities that you will learn about on this visit.

We will walk through the main streets of the city to discover the secrets they hide, witnesses of history and different cultures. We will walk around the most significant monuments: Torre del Oro, Archivo de Indias, the Cathedral, the Town Hall and the Church of El Salvador, with the walls surrounding them for centuries.

We will discover their legends and historical evolution, why there is a crocodile in the cathedral, why there are no stairs to climb the Giralda and other curiosities.

  • Meeting at 10:30 am at the Torre del Oro.
  • End at Plaza de la Encarnación at 15:30.
  • Tour price: 50 €/person (entrance to the monuments included).
  • Please, keep in mind that the trips will be organized only for more than 10 participants.

Tuesday 19th March: Visit to the Alcázar of Seville, Plaza de España and Mª Luisa Park and tapas lunch.

The Real Alcázar of Seville is one of the oldest palaces in use in the world and the oldest royal residence in use in Europe. A palace that has lived through different stages in time, from the end of the 11th century to the present day, and which has been influenced by the different cultures that have passed through Seville.

The Alcázar is a faithful witness to the history of Seville, marked by the diversity of cultures and the legacies they have left in our city. Strolling along its paths lined with orange trees and myrtles transports us to another time, to another era, which have undoubtedly marked the trajectory of our city.

We will visit the Plaza de España, the main construction of the Ibero-American Exhibition of 1929. We will discover the surroundings of the beautiful Maria Luisa Park and buildings such as the Hotel Alfonso XIII or the Palace of San Telmo, seat of the Presidency of the Andalusian Regional Government and the Tobacco Factory.
