From Sevilla - San Pablo Airport to the venue

The closest airport to Seville is the Sevilla San Pablo Airport, located at 12 km from the conference venue, Hotel Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento.

Public transportation from the airport to the city of Seville is easy with multiple options.

Taxi service

By far the easiest way to get to Sevilla from the airport is by taxi.

There is a flat rate for the trips from the airport to the city, or vice-versa ("Tarifa Única Aeropuerto"). This rate is applied by all taxi companies and does not have extra charges for supplements, such as number of packages or suitcases, initial service, departures from Santa Justa train station in Sevilla, or others special charges such as weekend or night service, except if the service is requested by telephone. In this case, the taximeter will be charged until the passenger pick-up point.

This airport flat rate is valid for the route Sevilla Airport - Seville city within the limits of the ordinary fare, and vice-versa.

The taxi trip from Sevilla Airport to the city center takes approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

The flat rate in 2023 is:

• 24,98€ Urban services from Monday to Friday, from 7am. to 9pm.
• 27,84€ Urban services from Monday to Friday, from 9pm. to 7pm. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Bus connections to / from airport - Line EA

The EA bus line (Special Airport, in Spanish "Especial Aeropuerto") is the only bus line that currently connects the Sevilla Airport with the city of Sevilla.

The service operates every day of the year, from 5.22 am to 01.00 pm (Seville city destination) and from 4.30 am to 00.11 pm (airport destination).

The EA line is part of Transportes Urbanos de Sevilla (Tussam) and also stops at Santa Justa train station (train and AVE), arriving at Plaza de Armas, in the center of Sevilla.

The trip usually takes 35 minutes from the airport to the city center.

Bus transportation in Sevilla

  • It is purchased on board the bus or at the ticket vending machines at the Metrocentro stops and is valid for a single trip.
  • Estimated fare: singleticket ⇨ 1,40€
• Multi-trip card
  • The card has a cost of 1.5€ as a deposit, which is refunded once the card is returned at the TUSSAM Customer Service Points.
  • Rechargeable card: the minimum recharge is 7€.
  • It can be purchased at the Information Points in Prado San Sebastián, Ponce de León Square and Andalucía Avenue, 11, as well as at tobacconists and newsagents.
• Tourist card for 1 or 3 days
  • Unlimited number of trips during its period of validity.
  • Can only be used by a single user on each trip.
  • Price: 5€ and 10€ respectively plus 1.5€ as a deposit.

From different accommodations to the venue

Although Sevilla has its own bus network, the organizing committee recommends going on foot from the accommodation to the venue and within the city center, as it is not a large city.
